We are the sole agent for the supply, installation and maintenance of Dong Yang lifts in Singapore. We also maintain Fujitec, Fiam, Otis, KM and Express lifts.

Aside from lifts we also supply, install and maintain Little Tikes (USA) playground equipment.

We maintain all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) installations at various types of building. We also rescue passengers trapped in lifts when the lifts stall.

Amongst other things, we supply, install and maintain lifts. We are currently maintaining mostly Fujitec, Fiam, Otis, KM and Express lifts. Our 70 skilled engineers and technicians not only service and repair lifts, they are also on 24 hours stand by to attend to any lift breakdowns and to rescue passengers trapped in stalled lifts.

We ventured into assembling our own brand of lift in 1993. We called it the KM lift. All the parts of the lift are from Japan. So far, we installed and commissioned 180 of this lift at various HDB estates.

In 1999, Dong Yang Elevator (Korea), one of the largest lift, escalator, and moving walks in Korea, appointed us as its Sole Agent for the sale and installation of Dong Yang Lift in Singapore. At the beginning of the year 2000, we installed 14 Dong Yang lifts in the HDB estates. To date, we have supply and commissioned 105 Dong Yang lifts.

The Housing and Development Board has recognised our good performance and track records by including us in its pre-qualified list of lift contractors for the supply and installation of lifts at its buildings.


We are the Agent for LittleTikes (USA) Children playground equipment. When you buy a playground from us, our technical staff will configure the various part of the equipment for maximum play value using "state of the art" software program. Our project management team will ensure that the equipment is installed according to specifications and to meet all the safety requirements of the various authorities. In short, we sell, install, and maintain the playground for you. We ensure that you will have value for money when you buy playground equipment from us.
