Engineering
The broad range
of engineering contract we undertake includes the installation
and maintenance of children’s playground, park amenities, lifts
and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services.
Currently, we
are maintaining Fujitec, Fiam, Otis, KM, Express and Dong Yang
Lifts. With a team of more than 100 skilled engineers and
technicians, our services go beyond regular maintenance and
repair to include a 24-hour quick-response lift rescue and
repair service. We are the sole Agent for the sale and
installation of BLT (Brilliant Elevator) lift in Singapore,
Shenyang Brilliant Elevator is one of the largest lift and
escalator manufacturers in China. With a good and proven track
record, we were awarded the 7th, 10th and
19th term contracts for the HDB Lift Upgrading
Projects comprising a total of 1750 lifts.
Our
engineering contract teams provide a full range of M&E
maintenance services, including the service, maintenance and
repair of equipment such as lifts, water pumps, urine detector
devices (UDD), Emergency Battery Operated Power Supply (EBOPS)
in the lifts and water management systems - even cash card water
dispensers.
We are the Agent
for Little Tikes (USA) Children playground equipment. When you
buy a playground from us, our technical staff will configure the
various parts of the equipment for maximum play value using
"state of the art" software program. Our project management team
will ensure that the equipment is installed according to
specifications and to meet all the safety requirements of the
various authorities. In short, we sell, install, and maintain
the playground for you. We ensure that you will have value for
money when you buy our playground equipment.

The European product ranges from sophisticated park benches to
versatile litter receptacles, lightings and other interesting
park amenities products.
