Engineering Management Services

We conduct annual and 5-yearly inspections and testing of lifts. We also provide management services for M&E works including inspecting , testing, and applying for Licenses on behalf of owners of electrical installations.

Annual & 5-Yearly Lift Testing

Under the Building & Common Property Rules, all lifts in Singapore are required to be inspected and tested annually without load every year and every five-years with load. This is to ensure that the lifts are operationally efficient and safe for use.

Our Engineers and technicians are well trained to take on this aspect of the work. Currently, we have contracts to inspect and test about 9,000 lifts annually. In order to be reliable and accurate, they make use of the latest computer technology to conduct the test. Our Professional Engineers also certify the test results and assist the owners in applying for lift certificates.

Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Project Management

We provide management services for electrical rewiring work, water pump replacement, lift replacement and other M&E works.

Our project management services start with designing the equipment, after which the specifications will be drawn up for tender to be called. At the implementation stage, the engineers and technicians will ensure that the contractors carry out the project which will only be considered as completed after thorough inspections and testing. It will only be handed over to the owner after it has been commissioned.

Inspection, Testing and Licensing of Electrical Installation

Under the Public Utilities Act, all non-domestic electrical installations with a load of greater than 45KVA are required to be licensed.

We have a team of Engineers and technicians to check and maintain all electrical installations for purpose of meeting the licensing requirements. Our Engineers and Technicians will help the owners of the installations to apply for licenses. They are also on 24-hour standby to attend to electrical breakdowns.
