EM Services has been recognised at the Excellence Service Awards (EXSA), organised by the Singapore Retailers Association, over the years for our commitment to service excellence.

In 2025, we received 4 Silver Awards. In 2023, we achieved 9 Gold Awards and 13 Silver Awards. Earlier recognitions include 3 Star Awards, 15 Gold Awards and 23 Silver Awards in 2022; 3 Star Awards, 13 Gold Awards and 16 Silver Awards in 2021; 2 Star Awards, 14 Gold Awards and 26 Silver Awards in 2020; and 12 Silver Awards in 2019.
