EM Services has been recognised at the Excellence Service Awards (EXSA), organised by the Singapore Retailers Association, for three consecutive years. In 2022, we achieved 3 Star Awards, 15 Gold Awards, and 23 Silver Awards. In 2021, we received 3 Star Awards, 13 Gold Awards, and 16 Silver Awards. In 2020, we garnered 2 Star Awards, 14 Gold Awards, and 26 Silver Awards, and in 2019, we secured 12 Silver Awards. The Excellence Service Awards (EXSA) aims to commend individuals who go above and beyond their job responsibilities to provide exceptional service to customers.
