On 24 September 2019, EM Services received a total of 5 recognition from IFMA-Hong Kong, Asia Pacific Award of Excellence 2019.

Lift Replacement Programme emerged as the Winner for Public Institution Management.

GOfm received the Certificate of Excellence under Facility Management Technology and the Certificate of Merit was awarded to GOfix and Estate Monitoring System under Innovation Award.

GM Mr Frank Ngoh also received a Certificate of Merit under Facility Manager of the Year.
