EM Services celebrated two significant recognitions at the SIFMA Facilities Management Excellence (FMES) Awards 2026 on 31 July 2026, receiving the FM Team of the Year (Residential & Township) award alongside Tanjong Pagar Town Council, as well as the Young Facility Manager Leader Award, presented to Mr Wee Keng Boon, General Manager of EM Services’ Centre of Excellence.

FM Team of the Year (Residential & Township)
The FM Team of the Year award recognises the collective effort between Tanjong Pagar Town Council, EM Services, EM Engineering and our conservancy partners in responding to operational challenges and supporting the continued management of the estate.

The recognition reflects the importance of close coordination, bringing together local knowledge, operational experience and specialist expertise to assess situations, mobilise the right resources and follow issues through to recovery.

It is also a testament to the strong partnership between EM Services and Tanjong Pagar Town Council, and the commitment of the teams working together behind the scenes to support the township every day.

Young Facility Manager Leader Award
The evening also saw Mr Wee Keng Boon recognised with the Young Facility Manager Leader Award.

As General Manager of EM Services’ Centre of Excellence, Keng Boon has been actively involved in advancing innovation and strengthening facilities management capabilities within the organisation. His recognition reflects his commitment to exploring better ways of working and contributing to the continued development of the FM industry.

The two awards mark a meaningful milestone for EM Services, recognising both the strength of our teams today and the people helping to shape the future of facilities management.
