Raymond is currently Director and Head of Asset Operations (Singapore) in Keppel’s Real Estate Division. He brings 15 years of real estate experience spanning development, asset management and end-to-end asset operations, with deep experience in Singapore and Indonesia markets.

He spent over 6 years in Jakarta, Indonesia (2017-2023) managing diverse portfolios and leading multi-disciplinary teams, with proven track record in overseeing the development and management of residential and commercial assets, with a focus on performance enhancement and operational excellence.

Raymond also represents Keppel as an Appointed Director on the Board of Raffles Quay Asset Management, the operating company managing Marina Bay Financial Centre and One Raffles Quay. He also contributes actively to industry advancement, currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Sustainability Committee at the Real Estate Developers’ Association

of Singapore (REDAS), shaping sector-wide sustainability engagement.

Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate (Second Class Upper Honours) from the National University of Singapore and completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD.
