Andy joined EM Services in 2016 as the General Manager of the newly formed Business Development Department. He focuses on diversifying the company’s business portfolio and expanding into new export markets.

His career began as a Civil & Structural Engineer with the Housing and Development Board, specialising in structural design and construction supervision for various project types.

Later, at Surbana Consultants Pte Ltd, he served as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing significant projects, including Main Upgrading and Lift Upgrading projects for public housing.

In 2006, he promoted skyrise greenery, installing 40,000+ sqm of roof gardens in public housing. Andy also led global expansion for a landscape engineering firm specializing in urban greenery and waterproofing. He championed green building projects and earned Green Mark and Active, Beautiful, Clean Waters (ABC Waters) certifications. Recently, he managed the central Horticulture Services in the town council, focusing on capacity development and overseeing horticulture officers.

Andy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) from Nanyang Technological University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management with ACCA.
