Florence is a senior human resources executive with over 30 years of experience in multinational organisations across diverse industries, having held regional and global leadership roles.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, she leads enterprise-wide people and culture strategies, with a strong focus on service excellence, organisational effectiveness, and enhancing employee and customer experiences.

Prior to joining EM Services, Florence held senior and executive HR roles at The Community Foundation of Singapore, Singapore Post, DBS, The Body Shop, CSC Technology, Oracle, Johnson & Johnson, and Black & Decker. Her expertise includes strategic business partnering, organisational transformation, talent and leadership development, rewards strategy, culture building, and change leadership across Singapore, Asia-Pacific, and global organisations.

Florence holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore, as well as a Diploma in Personnel Management.

Outside of her professional role, Florence is an avid badminton enthusiast and closely follows the Badminton World Federation tour. She also enjoys travelling extensively, with a keen interest in exploring new cultures and global experiences.
