Frank Ngoh is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in facilities management, project management, and business development. As Managing Director of EM Real Estate Pte Ltd, he oversees a diverse portfolio of assets and FM services.

Frank also plays a key role in promoting workplace safety, serving as Deputy Chairman of the Workplace Safety and Health Council (Facilities Management) Committee. He contributes to the development of future professionals through his work on industry advisory boards at the National University of Singapore and Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and as an Adjunct faculty member at the Singapore University of Social Sciences.

As President of Singapore International Facility Management Association, Frank aims to advance the Facilities Management profession in Singapore. Beyond his professional role, he is an avid reader and enjoys working out in the gym.
