Ms Jen Tan oversees EM Services and its group of subsidiaries as Chief Executive Officer from 5 January 2026.

Jen brings nearly 30 years of industry experience across both the public and private sectors including 20 years in senior leadership roles. She joined Sembcorp Industries in 2015, where she held several key appointments such as CEO of Sembcorp Solar Singapore, President Director of PT Sembcorp Energy Indonesia, and Head of Integrated Solutions for Sembcorp Singapore and Southeast Asia. Before her tenure at Sembcorp, she was Vice President at REC Group, overseeing sales and energy solutions, as well as global production and materials planning.

Among her notable contributions, Jen played a key role in the SolarNova programme, supporting the installation of rooftop solar systems atop HDB blocks across multiple town councils. She also served as a sustainability co-chair for the Yuhua division under Jurong Clementi Town Council, leading initiatives to promote eco-friendly practices and foster sustainable development for residents.

Jen holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Statistics, both from the National University of Singapore. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her four beloved dogs, taking long, leisurely walks together.
