Jocelyn is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer at EM Services, bringing over 20 years of expertise in financial planning, controllership, and strategic business partnering. Her diverse experience spans across commercial real estate services, luxury retail (FMCG), global shared service centres, and professional services and outsourcing.

Throughout her career, Jocelyn has held leadership positions at prestigious organisations, including Cushman & Wakefield, DFS Venture Singapore, and Ernst & Young. She has led regional teams and driven key business transformation initiatives, including market development, streamlined pricing strategies, and enhanced internal controls. During critical business cycles, Jocelyn played a key role in restructuring operations and implementing effective cost-containment strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience.

Jocelyn possesses a full spectrum of finance and accounting skillset. Her areas of expertise include budgeting, forecasting, controllership, tax and treasury, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation. Jocelyn has led significant systems implementation projects and supported business expansion across Asia-Pacific and Europe, working in diverse cultural and organizational environments.

A Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University. She has also volunteered for two years as a Learning and Assessment Committee member with the Singapore Accountancy Commission. At EM Services, she is dedicated to fostering strong business partnerships, building a high-performing finance team, and promoting sustainable business practices.

Outside of her professional commitments, Jocelyn enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, staying active with morning exercise in the park, and practicing mindfulness through yoga and reading.
