Josephine currently serves as the General Manager of Human Resources at EM Services since July 2022. She is involved in driving impactful HR initiatives within the organisation, focused on delivering HR strategies that prioritise the needs of employees and support the company’s objectives.

Her journey to this role includes significant leadership positions at reputable companies. At Intertek, as the Head of Human Resources and Admin for Singapore and Malaysia, overseeing HR practices across six Business Lines. Before that, she served as the Human Resources Manager at Roche, where she led HR business partnering for the Asia Pacific regional team and Singapore Domestic business.

Her career began at Unilever, where she held various roles and established HR systems for the Asia Pacific regional office in Singapore. At Pitney Bowes, she supported HR functions in the APMEA region and at Hypertherm, she drove change and performance in the Asia Pacific region.

Josephine’s commitment to professional growth is underscored by her Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the University of London. Beyond her corporate endeavours, she is an active contributor to the community, volunteering with the Shan You Counselling Centre to assist needy families in Singapore.
