Simon has over 30 years of experience in township and estate management. He began his career with EM Services in 1990 as a Property Manager for Radin Mas and was appointed General Manager in 2001.

He currently serves as Head of Township Management, overseeing all ten EM townships and their supporting services, and leading township business operations across the organisation. Previously, he was appointed Senior General Manager of Tanjong Pagar Town Council (TPTC) and Eastern Cluster Head of Township Business Units in 2017.

A strong advocate of innovation, Simon has led numerous technology-driven initiatives to improve efficiency, accountability, and service quality across EM Town Councils. Under his leadership, TPTC has received multiple industry awards for excellence. In recognition of his professional contributions, Simon was named FM Professional of the Year at World Workplace Asia Pacific 2024.

Simon is an alumnus of the National University of Singapore, where he earned a Bachelor of Science (Building) Hons and a Master of Science (Real Estate). Beyond his professional responsibilities, he is a devoted family man who enjoys trail running and golf – pursuits that cultivate the physical resilience and mental acuity that enable him to perform at his peak, day after day.
